I started in mortgage lending in 1977 as a senior loan processor until obtaining my real estate license in 1986 and beginning a new career as a loan officer.

As a top loan originator I am a member of Cherry Creek's exclusive Masters Club.  I enjoy working with my clients, especially first time homebuyers, and establishing long term relationships.

I have a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Cal-State Hayward, live in San Leandro with my daughter.  I love playing the piano and singing and being active in my church.

I have been one of the Bay Area's leading loan officers since 1989.  I pay special attention to financing details and customer concerns.  By analyzing customer needs and developing acceptable financial options, I have helped hundreds of satisfied clients achieve their dream of home ownership.

I was the first Cherry Creek loan officer to implement the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program.  By securing tax credits for eligible borrowers, affordable housing became a reality for numerous first-time homebuyers.  I also service consumers who desire attractive jumbo fixed and adjustable rate mortgages.
